Okay I know this is gonna sound like some serious spam, especially since I'm new here, but just hear me out for one second.
If none you have heard of this site called http://trainn.org/, you've been missing out on something worthwhile. Companies pay them to advertise their products or services on their websites. They have websites for free PS3, Xbox360, iPhone/iPod, Flat Screens, Wii and Notebooks. The purpose of this is for you to try out some services, refer people to do the same and in return you get a very nice gift for free. The amount of people you need to refer depends on what you want, It could be any amount from 7-11. For instance, last year I did one for http://www.360Elite4free.com/index.php?ref=6013636. I got the Elite Gold bundle which came with 120gb hd, 2 controllers, game of choice, and 12 month live subscription. I tried out one of their services which was Netflix, I had thought about getting it for a while and when I learned this could lead to me getting free 360 I definitely did it. Don't think it's easy to do though, referrals take a hell of a lot of time. It took me about 4 months to get the 11 referrals required, because people are skeptical of this stuff like I'm sure you guys will be. Anyways the reason I am doing this is partly for selfish reasons. I want the MW2 Lmtd Edt. Console. About a month ago some a-holes broke into my home and stole my 360 and all the game I had, which was about 12. And since I can't afford to buy one at this moment I'm willing to do just about anything to get my hands on another and play MW2 all day. Though it originally started as me trying to get the elite gold bundle again, I learned about the mw2 bundle a few days ago. I've been trying real hard to get this because it's only for a limited time. The sweet part about this is that you only need 8 referrals to get it. The offers[services] you need to complete are from extremely well known companies, i.e. Netflix. There are some there that are most like companies that keep charging your credit card over and over again so I suggest you stick with the aforementioned companies. After you complete an offer wait till you get the credit for it and get 8 people to sign under you referral link and have them complete an offer as well. My Progress http://i33.tinypic.com/28upu7b.jpg As you can see I've been doing this for 3 months. I've had 7 people sign under my link but they haven't done any offers so they don't count. I did the Stamps and Mozy offers because when I started doing this I had already been subscribed to Netflix and Gamefly. All in all the offers together cost me about 22 bucks, but that doesn't even matter once you have your prize in your hands. You'll notice you can do Level A offers and Level B. The difference is that you only have to do one Level A offer. But if you choose to do Level B offers you need to do as many as it takes for you to get 50 points. Mozy was 20 pts and Stamps was 30 pts. Like I said I know this sounds too good to be true or maybe even illegal. The reason they are able to do this is because companies pay them to advertise their sites and with that money they buy your gift from amazon.com once you've done what neds to be done and they ship it to you. I urge you to take advantage of this. If you've thought about getting something like Netflix or Gamefly, get it but do it under the site http://www.360Elite4free.com/index.php?ref=6013636. Think about it. What do you have to lose? Absolutely nothing. The worst that can come out of this is that you don't like having netflix, you cancel it and you're out 10-15 bucks. Please, please think about doing this. Be sure to use my referral link other wise I did all this for nothing. http://www.360Elite4free.com/index.php?ref=6013636 If you have any questions about this or you just want to tell me off send me a PM. Also take a look at the testimonials and search for some videos of people showing of their prizes on youtube. And if the mods feel like this is useless crap or I'm trying to scam people just deleted the topic. |

I received my disc last week and I am happy to report that it works great! The interface is simple and effective offering a view of your instant queue and descriptions of each movie along with whether or not they are in HD. Also nice is that fast forward and rewind are available during streaming. If you have any specific questions about official Netflix PS3 streaming post it here and I will try it out on my PS3 and report back.
I have a hunch a software update will soon make the need to insert the disc each time you want to stream obsolete. |

Finally Netflix is offering an official streaming solution for PS3 owners. It requires Netflix members to request a PS3 streaming disc and to place the disc in the PS3 each time you want to stream a movie or show. Some people are complaining that this is inconvenient and I suppose it is a touch more inconvenient than if the Netflix client were built into the PS3 firmware. That said the Netflix PS3 streaming disc works brilliantly. There is a lot of speculation that the software shipped on the Netflix PS3 streaming disc will be incorporated into a future PS3 firmware date. If you have any questions regarding it just ask in this thread.

Bravo to Netflix for developing a viewing solution for the PS3. I received my disc 2 days ago and it works flawlessly! Even supports HD streaming with applicable titles.
